About Pratt IT

Mission Statement:
To provide the Pratt School of Engineering with expertise, direction and support for all of their information technology needs and to act as liaison between Pratt School of Engineering and other campus IT organizations.

Primary Customers:
• Faculty, Staff, Researchers, and Grad Students
• Approx 1,000 undergraduates, 450 graduate students, 350 faculty and staff.
• Undergraduates are supported directly by OIT, except as necessary for localized undergraduate research and projects and use of school computer labs.
• Pre-event AV training is provided to non-Pratt affiliates as necessary when they utilize Pratt facilities (AV support during the event should contact Duke Tech Services.
