1) Even if you make a phone call, please also submit a ticket at it.pratt.duke.edu/help to expedite the repair process

2) To contact someone in person, call Marc Sperber: 660-8405 or the Helpdesk: 660-5400. If our loaner projector is available, we will allow you to pick it up from Teer 413 to use during your class. Also, check with your department as they may have a portable projector.
