Print a configuration page of the printer to get the MAC Address.

Now go to it.pratt.duke.edu/help

Enter your name, email, and contact information.

For description, enter the following information:

MAC Address:
Name: (Printer User's Name)
Phone Number: (Printer User's Phone Number)

Submit the ticket
