How do I setup Novell on my personal computer (Windows)?

1. Make sure you have administrative access to the computer, meaning that you can install and change system settings.

3. Run the Scripted Install: Client 4.91 SP2 Install

4. You will be prompted to Run or Save the file, Choose Run.

5. Ignore the IE Security Warning by choosing Run

6. The install will copy a temporary install to your local PC prior to the installation

7. When prompted, click Install/Continue, you will be promted to reboot upon completion.

9. Once your system reboots, enter your login ID and pass, then hit 'Advanced'

Select 'DUKE_UNIVERSITY' from the pulldown menu marked 'Tree'. This will automatically populate the proper context for you.

Enter your Novell id (same as Netid) and password provided by the help desk.

Hit 'OK'

Your network drive should show up in My Computer.
