I tried to install the client but it never completes or prompts for a reboot

We have gotten some reports of behavior where the SetupIP client will not complete. If the progress bar for 'Downloading Components' never completes - you may have to allow the SetupIP application access through your local firewall if you have one. If the download begins but never completes or completes but the install never begins, try disabling 'On Access Scanning' in McAfee by right clicking the Shield with the red V in it and selecting 'Disable On Access Scan' Then execute SetupIP.exe again to complete the installation. Be sure to re-enable On-Access Scanning after you reboot!
