Enabling iFolder accounts for Users / Changing quotas for users
1st tier troubleshooting for all Pratt offered Novell services

Networking Support
Verify user is getting a legitimate IP address
Inform Infrastructure group of network issues brought to our attention (660-5400 or support@pratt.duke.edu)
Send Infrastructure group: New machines which need to be registered in DNS & IP reservation in DHCP
Port Activation in NetCom wiring closets

Email Support
Configure Email Client(s) (Supported: Outlook; Thunderbird; MacMail)
Email accounts created & Quotas set by System Administrator
