In order for our department comply with Duke's endpoint security policy, BigFix and CrowdStrike must be installed on Pratt Macs and PCs. These clients should be installed ASAP. Computers that are not in endpoint management will be put on a network blacklist.
For PC: Download the PC installer, extract the .zip folder contents, double click "setup.exe" and follow the installation wizard.
For Mac: Download the Mac installer, extract the .zip folder contents, and follow the instructions in the included text file.

Installation should only take a few minutes to complete, and no reboot is required.
